These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by River Coast Studios ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking, purchasing, accessing our website, galleries, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

River Coast Studios is a multimedia studio providing photography, video production, digital media creation, and related creative services ("Services"). All services are subject to availability and acceptance.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings require payment as outlined in your invoice, proposal, or booking agreement.

• Deposits, when required, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Full payment must be completed before final delivery of any media.

• Prices are subject to change without notice for future bookings.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

• Deposits are non-refundable and compensate for reserved time and preparation.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

• River Coast Studios reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, including illness, equipment failure, or acts beyond reasonable control.

4. Deliverables & Turnaround

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless stated in writing.

• Final deliverables are provided in digital format unless otherwise agreed.

• RAW files are not provided unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information and timely communication

• Obtain permissions, releases, and access required for production

• Ensure subjects and locations are safe and lawful

River Coast Studios is not responsible for compromised results due to client delays, restrictions, or conditions beyond our control.

6. Copyright & Licensing

All media created by River Coast Studios remains the intellectual property of the Company. Usage rights are granted through a separate license agreement or written terms. No ownership rights are transferred unless expressly stated.

7. Use of Media & Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, River Coast Studios reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio, marketing, website, and promotional purposes.

8. Revisions

• Revisions are limited to the scope outlined in your agreement.

• Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of creative services, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided once services have begun or deliverables are issued, except where required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, River Coast Studios shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services provided.

11. Force Majeure

River Coast Studios shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or power failures.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State in which River Coast Studios operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will apply to future services and postings.
